Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Dan Can Reading System!

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, with all books, workbooks, and included materials intact.

Due to the nature of educational materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your order back. Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the customer's responsibility. We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders when a return is required.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
